Greetings!
Lambda Pi Omega Chapter was chartered on September 10, 1977. Five members came together with a vision, courage and perseverance to create a chapter that would lead by positive example and live up to the ideals of our guiding light, Ethel Hedgeman Lyle. In addition, Lamdba Pi Omega also sought to develop the leadership skills of each member so their gifts and talents would be used not only by the chapter but also by the community as a whole. Lambda Pi Omega is a chapter that is continuing to leave it’s mark by making a difference in the lives of those we serve who are most in need and underrepresented in our society. It is our sincere hope that Lambda Pi Omega has what you are looking for in a ‘chapter home’ because we are a chapter committed to the Elevation of the community, a Solid Sisterhood and Proficient Programs! We encourage your reactivation with us.
Located in Detroit, Michigan, our membership includes women from across the Greater Detroit Metro Area. We encourage you to visit the national website for more information regarding the benefits of membership.
